The Sonography Intern will work under the supervision of experienced radiologists and ultrasound technologists to assist in the daily operations of ultrasound procedures. This position provides hands-on training and exposure to diagnostic imaging techniques with a focus on learning the practical and theoretical aspects of ultrasound technology. The intern will assist in preparing patients operating ultrasound equipment and ensuring smooth workflow in the ultrasound department.Position Details:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in certified Ultrasound Training Program or in a school of ultrasound imaging or graduate of a school of Sonography
Preferred Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of ultrasound principles and diagnostic imaging techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
