What Youll Do
As Plant Manager you will oversee all day-to-day plant operations while driving continuous improvement across production safety quality and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety efficiency quality and on-time delivery
- Develop and coach supervisors and production teams to achieve operational goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput reduce waste and improve productivity
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Create a culture of accountability teamwork and operational excellence
- Allocate labor equipment and resources effectively to maximize plant performance
- Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals
- Oversee scheduling maintenance logistics warehousing inventory and production workflows
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
- Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability
- Support employee engagement performance management and team development
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production setting
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Experience in corrugated packaging or related manufacturing industries
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training
- Experience with ERP or production management systems (Amtech experience is a plus)
- College degree preferred

Physical Requirements
