About the role

As Nurse Educator you will design developdeliverand evaluate engaging education programsboth in-person and onlinethat build confidencecompetenceand best practice across the health workforce. Your work will directly support safe evidence-based sexual and reproductive health care across Queensland and beyond.

You will alsomaintainan active clinical role working two days per week in our Windsor clinic ensuring your education practiceremainsgrounded in contemporary service delivery clientneedsand real-world clinical experience.

This influential role blends education leadership advanced nursingpracticeand clinical governance to strengthen service quality professionalcapabilityand organisational impact. You will alsorepresentTrue in regionalstateand national forums contributing to partnershipsadvocacyand sector leadership. Interstate travel will berequiredfrom time to time.

WhatYoullBring

We are looking for an accomplished and values-driven Registered Nurse and/or Midwife who is passionate about education professional growth and improving health outcomes.

You will bring:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications in nursingeducationor a related field (or working toward)
• Demonstrated experience designingdeliveringand evaluating education programs for adult learners
• Strong clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health womenshealthor a related specialty
• A genuine passion for teachingmentoringand supporting practice change
• Excellent communicationfacilitationand relationship-building skills
• Confidence using digital learning platforms and education systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and externalstakeholders
• Willingness to travel interstate asrequired
