Room Leader Full Time
Salary:per year
Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 8am5pm and 9am6pm
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join a welcoming and nurturing early years setting with a Good Ofsted rating.
This setting is dedicated to providing a safe caring and stimulating environment where children can thrive through free flow play exciting adventures strong routines and quality learning experiences.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading a room supporting childrens development and creating engaging daily activities.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior nursery role
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for creating enriching experiences for children

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a nursery room team

- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are maintained
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive environment
