Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Northglenn area. The ideal Restaurant Manager is a driven team-focused leader who excels at developing people growing sales and profits and creating a fun values-driven culture while delivering strong operational results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations setting clear direction and driving overall performance
• Develop team members while improving sales profitability and operational results
• Recruit train and coach staff to consistently reflect company values and culture
• Bring a positive team-oriented mindset with creativity strong work ethic and commitment to long-term success

Qualifications:

• 23 years of current experience as a Restaurant Manager in full-service or fast casual concepts
• Proven success in high-volume environments with annual sales exceeding $3M
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Actively involved in recruiting training and developing hourly team members
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build strong community relationships
• High level of motivation professionalism and commitment to achieving results
