AssistantJunior Property Manager

Sevenfold Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Management Assistant/Junior to join our team in Brisbane.

Youll be working closely with our Senior Property Manager providing support across all day to day tasks including routine entry & exit inspections maintenance coordination and client communication.

About the Role

• Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio throughout Brisbane.
• Conducting routine entry and exit inspections
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
• Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
• Helping to prepare for QCAT (if required)
• General administration and property related tasks

About You

Youre a capable and confident property management professional with a solid understanding of what it takes to manage a portfolio and a genuine interest in contributing to a team.

To be successful you will need:

• Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
• A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• A valid Queensland drivers licence
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using property management software (experience with Console Cloud is a bonus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
