Branch Manager Occupational Rehabilitation
Job Summary
With continued growth and success we are exciting to share a career development opportunity for the role of Branch Manager based in Kotara NSW.
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for leading branch operations driving performance outcomes developing and supporting team members and ensuring a high standard of services and compliance.
Leading by example you will support your team by motivating and coaching to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes. You will continue to develop your multidisciplinary team and provide encouragement in an inclusive and collaborative space.
- Lead a team to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs;
- Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
- Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
- Recruitment induction and training of new team members;
- Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
- Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
- Drive an engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy Occupational Therapy Exercise Physiology Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body - AHPRA / ESSA / ASORC;
- Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
- Ideally previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- A current NSW Drivers License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
