POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW POSITIONS IN THE FIELD OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AT NORTH-WEST UNIVERSITY (NWU) BUSINESS SCHOOL IN SOUTH fellowship total package amounts to R 320 000.00 per annum
Duties & Responsibilities
North-West University focuses on creating and applying new knowledge to improve the lives of various communities. Close cooperation with the private and public sectors in South Africa and abroad has created significant international research that makes a difference in scholarly content and the industry.
The Business School has a 3-year position for a Postdoctoral researcher to work on research projects in Business Administration Entrepreneurship Organizational Behavior and/or Digital Science in Business. The appointed applicants will be based at the Potchefstroom Campus to increase research outputs in the mentioned focus areas. The position can be extended for another 2 years if the scholarly output is exceptional. NWU offers a stimulating working environment and the successful applicant will be part of a strong research team of the North West University Business School.
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience in publishing articles and serve as a critical reader of MBA and PhD student proposals.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- PhD in Business Administration Organizational Management and enterprise resilience Entrepreneurship Organizational Behavior and or Digital Science in the field of Business (or related discipline) obtained in the last 5 years.
- Demonstrate experience in publications on any of the above-mentioned focused areas of research.
- Proven track record of publications in top-quality Journals (DHET Accredited Journals).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills in the use of both qualitative and quantitative software (e.g. SmartPLS SPSS and ).
- Preference will be given to Female South African Citizens and SA permanent residence holders.
- A panel of researchers will conduct remote interviews with applicants who meet the minimum criteria. The duration of the position is 2 years (with a possible extension of an additional year) beginning as soon as possible (or as agreed). The monthly honorarium is in accordance with the university-agreed system for Postdoctoral research fellows.

- Certified copy of PhD certificate obtained in the past 5 years.
- Copy of PhD Thesis.
- Three latest published articles (peer-reviewed in reputable journals).
