***THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. THIS JOB WILL WORK ON SITE IN HATTIESBURG MS.***POSITION SUMMARY:The System Analyst provides analytical technical and implementation support for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) with a primary focus on Ambulatory applications. This role translates clinical and operational requirements into effective EHR build solutions. Responsibilities include system upgrades enhancement development thirdparty application support testing maintenance and enduser assistance. The analyst is also expected to maintain a working knowledge of Cogito reporting & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredDegree in nursing computer science mathematics health informatics public health natural science or a related discipline preferredIn lieu of a degree a minimum of two (2) years of relevant healthcare experience may be consideredWorking knowledge of an electronic health record (EHR) system and clinical workflows in an ambulatory setting requiredMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPointQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyCurrent Epic certification or the ability to successfully complete and maintain certificationIt is required to receive Epic certification within 6 months of hire and will require some travelOvertime may be requiredWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
