Your Opportunity:
As a Team Member Services Coordinator for Greenheck Group you will be responsible for providing support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of Human Resources policies procedures and practices. The main responsibility will be to provide gold standard customer service to all team members. This includes providing tier 1 assistance to team members assistance with payroll related items to supervisors and processing requests from HR following documentation in a consistent manner to keep processes in-line with company policies.
What youll be doing:
Provide administrative support to the HR department including but not limited to: entering reviews and reprimands administration of the company uniforms I-9 tracking unemployment paperwork and entering time off requests.
Provide tier 1 support to team members in the areas of payroll benefits compensation Workers Compensation and policy.
Assist with I-9 Compliance including filing and auditing.
Track and maintain timely response to unemployment claims.
Assist with employee file maintenance in our electronic filing system.
Assist with internal transfers promotions and termination paperwork.
Work with team members nearing retirement.
Act as a resource to employees by answering questions regarding human resources or labor relations related topics.
Assist in the documentation of company policies procedures and practices.
Assist HR management team in the areas of compensation and benefits employee relations and training and development.
Perform miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned.
Back-up to reception area.
What you should have:
2-4 years of relevant work experience in human resources required.
2 Year / Associate Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study preferred.
A few things you should know:
Minimum travel is required.
Will work on-site in Schofield WI or Tulsa OK.

The starting base pay range for this position is $24.46/hour - $30.22/hour and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and performance.
