What Youll Do

• Process and oversee supplier payments accurately and on time in line with HCP/ compliance standards
• Partner with the Team Leader Accounts Payable to keep daily operations running smoothly and controls tight
• Mentor and build the capability of team members creating consistency and confidence across the function
• Investigate and resolve complex invoice discrepancies supplier queries and escalations
• Support audit preparation and maintain clear compliant financial records
• Contribute to reporting on invoice volumes processing performance and compliance trends
• Drive process improvement and system optimisation initiatives that make a real difference to efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate across Finance Care and Operations to deliver seamless outcomes for the people we serve

What Youll Bring

• 5 years experience in Accounts Payable ideally within aged care healthcare or community services
• Solid working knowledge of finance systems invoice portals and Excel MYOB/ERP experience highly regarded
• Experience mentoring or guiding team members formally or informally
• A solutions-focused mindset with sharp attention to detail
• Understanding of HCP/ financial compliance (desirable but not essential well back you to learn)
• Genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement and doing things the right way
