Opportunity: Manual machining in a proper jobbing shop Mix of one-offs breakdowns and production work Hands-on environment where youre trusted to think through jobs not just follow process
Experience: 1015 years in manual machining across industrial environments Confident working off drawings hitting tolerances and problem-solving on the fly Able to handle both repeat work and custom jobs without being handheld
