Blackline Analyst
Job Summary
The Blackline Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the processes held in Blackline is done on a timely basis and according to guidelines.
What you will do
Manage Blackline for the Europe region ensuring data accuracy timely reconciliations and compliance with company policies.
Administer Blackline system access and licenses manage the Blackline mailbox and act on change requests from Local Finance and SSC teams.
Develop and maintain process documentation management reporting and KPIs derived from Blackline.
Monitor reconciliation deadlines follow up on completion and proactively identify standardization and continuousimprovement opportunities.
Partner closely with the Global Blackline Administrator and participate in projects from a Blackline and compliance perspective.
Maintain a strong control and quality culture including preparation and ownership of relevant SOX controls.
Review create and maintain internal process and control documentation; ensure timely remediation of audit and control deficiencies.
Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards protecting organizational value through confidentiality objectivity and professional care.
What you need
Required:
A combined 4-year experience in the areas of finance master data
Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance/Business related subjects
Fluency in English
Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act
Familiar with database management (e.g. ServiceNow)
Preferred:
Experience with Blackline
Lean or Six Sigma green/green belt is a plus
Shared service experience is a plus
Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.
