You will join the Customers tech ecosystem as a core member of the Compliance and Risk Product Group delivering tech-enabled solutions.

Project Phase: ongoing

Project Team: 2 QA Manual (Junior) Product Manager AQA and Data teams

Hard Skills / Must Have:

Testing basics: test cases regression execution

Ability to follow test plans and detect defects

High attention to detail

Defect documentation with steps and evidence

Experience with Jira or similar tools

Understanding of web apps and user workflows

Basic knowledge of frontend/backend interaction

Ability to execute test scenarios across environments

Hard Skills / Nice to Have:

Exposure to SaaS products

Basic API knowledge (Postman)

Interest in test automation

Data or Excel familiarity

Curiosity about AI tools and systems

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Execute test cases and regression testing

Perform functional and usability testing

Ensure requirement coverage

Track and document defects

Support re-testing and validation

Collaborate with Senior QA on triage

Maintain test documentation

Assist root cause analysis

Participate in sprint ceremonies

Report progress risks blockers

Support test environments and data

Assist release and incident support
