• 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Monday Wednesday Thursday and Friday

Position Summary

A respected acute care healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support its imaging department for a 13-week assignment. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative clinical environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental standards
• Safely prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
• Monitor patient condition and provide excellent patient care throughout procedures
• Accurately document patient information within the EMR system
• Work closely with physicians radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and infection prevention guidelines
• Conduct routine quality control checks on imaging equipment
• Ensure a professional and patient-focused imaging experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
• Active BLS Certification required
• CNMT or NMTCB Certification required
• Active Indiana license required at the time of submission
• Previous hospital experience required
• EMR/charting experience preferred
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations preferred
