Job Description:
NorthWest Senior and Disability Services (NWSDS) is a local intergovernmental agency dedicated to supporting older adults and people with disabilities through programs that promote dignity choice and independence.
NWSDS is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Nutrition Site Coordinator (Float) to support the nutrition program. This position is based out of the Sheridan meal site and functions as a float providing coverage at other meal sites as needed to ensure continuity of services. Days hours and work locations may vary based on program needs.

(Salary placement is based on education training and relevant experience consistent with the agencys pay practices.)

General Description
This position plays a key role in promoting the health and wellbeing of older adults by coordinating congregate meal services supporting home-delivered meal programs and fostering meaningful participant and volunteer engagement.
Essential Duties
- Coordinate daily operations of congregate meal sites and support home-delivered meal services.
- Ensure food is handled prepared and served in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
- Maintain accurate meal counts participant records and required program documentation.
- Recruit train and support volunteers; ensure compliance with program and safety requirements.
- Foster a welcoming inclusive environment for participants and promote social engagement.
- Conduct outreach and collaborate with community partners to support program goals.
- Deliver meals as needed and assist with participant assessments and communication.
- Support program integrity by following all policies confidentiality requirements and mandatory reporting obligations.
