Technical Compliance Specialist (On-Site)

Summary

The primary responsibilities of the Technical Compliance Specialist will be to support the company by processing change requests within technical programs and submitting requests to regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests via ticketing system to perform change management process; uses the ticketing system to track requests and makes updates as needed
• Reviews requests with submitter(s) to ensure all information is accurate
• Using proper templates prepares documentation regarding change management request and submits to regulatory authorities
• Ensures all documentation is properly inputted into systems of record
• Supports the manager with monthly and quarterly reports
• As part of a team works to update internal processes to align with new procedures and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Qualification Requirements and Competences

• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• 3 years of experience working in a corporate setting preferably experience in Casino and Gaming industry
• Prior experience with Change Management or Technical Compliance
• Excellent time management skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
• Prior experience with Jira and CRS is ideal but not required
• Experience working with remote teams and peers
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
