KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients in the Fire industry
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations
- Generate new business through prospecting cold calling networking and lead generation efforts
- Manage and grow an established sales territory in Reno Nevada region.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions
- Track market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal team including marketing operations and customer support to deliver exceptional serviceto create promotional materials
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous outside sales or direct sales experience required
- Experience within the fire safety PPE industrial or first responder industry preferred
- Strong prospecting lead generation and territory management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable conducting presentations and product demonstrations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- CRM experience is considered an asset
COMPENSATION
$65.000.00 salary plus generous commission opportunities
