We are now seeking a high-performing Clinical Lead to takeownership of our clinical governance risk and quality systems as we scale.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible forestablishing and overseeing clinical excellence across the organisation.
You will play a key role in:
- Building and embedding clinical governance frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
- Leading risk incident and safeguarding systems
- Supporting and developing our clinical and frontline workforce

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Governance & Compliance
- Lead and maintain Phendits clinical governance framework
- Ensure compliance with **NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- Drive audit readiness and quality assurance
Risk &Incident Management
- Oversee incident and reportable incident processes
- Analyse trends and implement preventative strategies
- Ensure safeguarding and participant protection
Clinical Oversight
- Provide oversight for participants with:
- Complex health needs
- Mental health conditions
- Behavioural challenges
- Review and approve support plans and risk strategies
Workforce Leadership
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship
- Develop staff competency frameworks
- Deliver training and guidance to teams
Behaviour Support & Restrictive Practices
- Ensure compliance with restrictive practice regulations
- Work alongside Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Drive reduction and elimination strategies
Continuous Improvement
- Lead clinical audits and improvement initiatives
- Identify service gaps and implement solutions
About You
You are a confident clinical leader who thrives in a growingenvironment and is passionate about building safe high-quality services.
Essential
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Allied Health qualification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Strong understanding of:
- NDIS Practice Standards
- Clinical governance
- Risk and safeguarding
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Highly Desirable
- Experience in NDIS disability services
- Exposure to high-intensity supports
- Experience with restrictive practices frameworks
- Audit and compliance experience
