Specialist, Agency Risk and Control

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Monitor performance metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs) of assigned business areas; conduct basic trend analysis to identify unusual patterns potential risks or emerging issues.
Support the preparation of sales quality review reports and ensure findings and recommendations align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in assessing control design and operating effectiveness; perform process reviews to identify control gaps and areas for improvement.
Identify risk areas and support risk assessments; propose practical recommendations under guidance to address identified risks.
Monitor sales practices and risk management procedures; maintain issue logs and escalate key findings to the line manager.
Coordinate with sales teams to follow up on issues corrective actions and implementation progress.
Track outstanding findings and ensure timely closure of agreed action plans. Support discussions with sales teams to clarify findings and align on remediation actions.
Assist in delivering training sessions and provide support to QA team members on systems policies procedures and core processes.
Support ad-hoc reviews projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Finance Business Administration Data analysis and related fields.
Experience in Agency Operations Insurance industry
3 - 5 years in risk management compliance or audit roles.
