Location: Sheffield (remote)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term to end of September 2026 start date ASAP May 2026

Salary: 24500 pa pro rata uncapped commission

UniHomes is hiring two Temporary Broadband Telesales Executives to join our B2C team for the busy summer sales window. This is a fully remote fixed-term role focused on one thing: helping our existing student customers upgrade their broadband package.

If you enjoy phone-based sales want full-time hours from home and like the idea of guaranteed pay plus uncapped commission this is a great way to gain commercial experience in a friendly supportive (virtual) team environment.

This is a focused telesales role so youll spend most of your day on the phone speaking to students who already have a UniHomes broadband package and helping them upgrade to a faster or enhanced service. Youll be making a high volume of outbound calls so confidence resilience the ability to build rapport quickly and a positive attitude are important.

Youll be speaking to students who are dealing with shared houses housemates broadband and bills so being able to relate to their situation really helps. You might even be a UniHomes customer yourself.

Key responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to existing UniHomes customers to upsell broadband upgrades and enhanced packages.
  • Confidently explaining the benefits of upgraded broadband options and recommending what works best for each household.
  • Creating positive engaging conversations that leave students feeling supported and informed about their broadband choice.
  • Accurately capturing customer decisions and updating account information in our systems.
  • Working towards individual and team targets with uncapped commission for every upgrade.
  • Supporting the wider B2C team with ad hoc tasks and campaigns as required.
  • Providing a friendly clear and professional experience on every call.
