Clients & Marketing Specialist

Provide strategic and hands-on marketing expertise in this Clients & Marketing Specilaist role supporting the delivery of impactful marketing initiatives across New Zealand. You will apply your expertise across strategy development content creation and client engagement while collaborating with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

This role offers the opportunity to further develop your strategic and professional capability while contributing to business growth strengthening brand presence and enhancing client engagement across New Zealand. You will play an active role in marketing delivery stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement working closely with teams across New Zealand and the wider ANZ region.

Youll also gain exposure to high-profile pursuits and strategic initiatives working alongside senior leaders and contributing to campaigns and activities that elevate AECOMs presence in priority markets.

• Shape and execute marketing initiatives aligned with New Zealand growth priorities
• Create high-quality content and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and positioning
• Drive the annual industry insights publication by coordinating with stakeholders managing data and delivering within set deadlines
• Support major pursuits through targeted marketing and positioning activities
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and ANZ teams to deliver integrated high-impact marketing outcomes
• Contribute to events thought leadership and industry engagement activities

Qualifications :

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired but if you dont tick all the boxes you could still be a great fit for this role. Please apply all applications will be considered.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing communications or related discipline
• 6 years experience in B2B or professional services marketing
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Experience in infrastructure engineering or professional services environments is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities stakeholders and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across diverse teams
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on client-focused and committed to achieving results in fast-paced environments
