Marketing Manager

About the Role

Working closely with the Director youll shape how Harcourts is experienced across digital channels and drive measurable engagement visibility and connection with clients and communities.

Youll oversee end-to-end marketing delivery across digital print social campaigns and events while leading a talented team and fostering a culture of creativity accountability and high performance. Digital capability sits at the core of this role with a strong focus on data-led decision making platform optimisation and high-performing online campaigns.

This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution. Youll balance brand stewardship with commercial impactdriving lead generation strengthening agent presence and enhancing client engagement across all touchpoints.

What youll bring

• Proven success in developing and executing high-performing digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth lead generation audience engagement and measurable commercial results
• Strong expertise in social media strategy content creation platform growth and digital brand storytelling across all channels
• Experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns with the ability to use analytics insights and performance data to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Proven experience in a senior marketing or marketing leadership role (real estate or property experience advantageous)
• Commercial mindset with a clear focus on results ROI customer engagement and market impact
• Ability to lead develop and inspire a creative fast-moving team
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence operating in a brand-led performance-driven environment
