Job Summary
- Provide personalized service to VIP and long-stay guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate seamless arrival and departure experiences
- Anticipate guest preferences and respond proactively to all requests
- Arrange dining reservations transportation special experiences and bespoke requests
- Ensure guest rooms and amenities are prepared according to individual preferences
- Collaborate closely with Front Office Housekeeping Concierge and F&B teams
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion professionalism and luxury service
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Butler Service Guest Relations or Front Office within luxury hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for luxury hospitality and personalized guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment
