Rundle Bar Server

Starting Rate: $17.22 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $18.22

We are looking for successful candidates to be able to start by June 23 and commitment until November 7th. Note there are Full-Time Permanent opportunities also available this can be discussed in the interview as well. 

Job Duties Include:

• Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties stocking polishing cleaning and maintaining walk-ins fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)
• Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences allergies and special occasions
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
• Maintain accurate billing cash handling and float procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
• Previous point-of-sale system experience required
• Extensive wine beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
• Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
• Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends holidays
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
