Overnight In-Room Dining Server, Full-Time

• Consistently provide professional friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding menu items and dietary requests in an informative and helpful manner
• Take and enter into POS System all In-Room Dining orders
• Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen
• Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up
• Deliver food & beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items garnishes ingredients and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience preferred
• Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• BC Serving It Right Certificate required prior to commencing employment
• Must be available to work the overnight shift and on weekends and holidays
