Bilingual Senior Advisor, Communications

• Develop integrated communication plans aligned with corporate and operational priorities.
• Advise senior leaders and Vice Presidents on positioning messaging engagement strategies and executive presence.
• Support authentic and compelling narratives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Translate complex business initiatives into clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across functions and leadership levels.
• Oversee award applications and identify communication opportunities supporting corporate goals.
• Enhance senior leaders visibility through strategic content thought leadership and speaking opportunities.
• Draft executive communications including leadership messages town halls speeches briefings and strategic updates.
• Prepare executive briefing notes Q&A documents stakeholder materials and CEO communications support.
• Define communication KPIs track progress and collaborate with PR Government Affairs and communications teams on external positioning and reputation management.

Qualifications :

• 510 years of experience in corporate communications executive communications public affairs marketing or related field. 
• Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams in high-visibility environments.
• Demonstrated experience in executive positioning thought leadership development or personal branding.
• Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in high-visibility situations.
• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Business Marketing or related field. 
• Language: Bilingual (French/English) Fluent in both.    
• Flexibility for some trips to Toronto when necessary.
