Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administrative and logistical support for the Capital Equipment Service Team. The team is responsible for installation upgrading repair and preventive maintenance of all capital equipment part of Abbotts product portfolio in compliance with Abbott Business code of conduct Regulatory and Quality policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the call center and opening a case/workorder for each technical support request and dispatching the FSE in accordance with the teams calendar.
- Collecting and analyzing the service data in timely manner and working with the service leader to enhance the service excellence.
- Maintaining and improving the China Service Power BI as well as APAC level.
- Play the rôle as the data communicator/bridge to provide/share the requested information to the cross functional team.
Knowledge & Skills
- Microsoft office good knowledge is required eg able analyse excel tables prepare power point presentations etc.
- Service Max experience appreciated SAP experience appreciated
- Considering the complexity and cross functional activities senior level communication skills required
Required competencies
- A minimum of four plus years of progressively more responsible business administrative experience is required and 2 or more years of experience in working with medical systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in scheduling tasks and people by using any kind scheduling software is desired.
- Requires a demonstrated knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function company products policies and programs.
Experience
- Knowledge of warehouse executions is a plus
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication & organizational skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Some analytical ability originality and/or ingenuity required.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills as well as attention to detail
- Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment.
- English is a must any additional Asian languages is a plus
- Computer skills: MSOffice SAP Power BI is desired
- Ability to be flexible and respond to situations at short notice
- Multitasks prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
- Ability to work with little supervision within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Familiarity with cathlab and operating room procedures and protocol would be a plus
- Experience with medical devices and software based medical system would be a plus
