Job Summary
Teach undergraduate foundations course including but not limited to preparing instructional materials setting up and lecturing grading assignments and exams as well as student consultations when necessary and holding office hours for students to come for help or questions.
Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$1510 for 0.5 FTE appointment
Required Qualifications
1. Eligible for appointment as per the requirements in the Graduate Assistant Handbook which can be found at Must be a degree seeking graduate student at Illinois State University in the Educational Admin and Foundations program.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
2. Strong organizational skills (e.g. deconstructing complex tasks organizing and prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines).
3. Ability to navigate multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
