Position Overview:
Join our dynamic Multifamily Asset Management Guarantor & External Relations team as a pivotal player where your primary mission will be to evaluate and enhance the performance of our securitized portfolio of multifamily properties. Your role will involve assessing the credit quality and performance of commercial real estate assets aiming to maximize recovery for investors and deliver outstanding service to borrowers all while adhering to government regulations and company policies. Youll keep a keen eye on portfolio performance by analyzing Watchlist delinquency and maturing loan reports and youll effectively communicate your insights to both internal and external stakeholders. We delve into data analysis across our global portfolio to deliver critical intelligence to our internal stakeholders monitoring the performance of multifamily assets. We also spearhead special projects and produce insightful ad hoc reports.
Your Impact:
In this role you will:
- Vigilantly monitor portfolio performance through detailed reviews of delinquency reports maturing loan data and other vital sources.
- Offer astute analysis of trends whether at the individual property level or across the global portfolio.
- Conduct thorough assessments of loan-level risk by analyzing operating statements rent rolls and servicer property inspections.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive reports related to property performance.
- Scrutinize monthly statements to ensure guarantor payments are accurate.
- Engage in special projects that challenge and expand your expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in the real estate banking or finance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate property fundamentals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including creating macros tables and charts.
- Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94000 - $140000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
