As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Lakeland FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic tech location through visible patrols driving patrol routes and attentive monitoring of assigned this role you will help to deter security-related incidents respond to site needs and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access protocols and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings offices parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials where required and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in accordance with site policies.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports maintaining post records and following Allied Universal and client-directed security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
