ORTC LLC is looking for a District Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision for counseling staff across several locations. This position is based at the Medford Treatment Center and focuses on clinical oversight staff support and program quality.

Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.
What does this role look like
- Provides clinical oversight guidance and supervision to counseling staff across multiple clinic sites ensuring consistent use of evidencebased practices and highquality service delivery.
- Coordinates staff development training and professional support across locations to promote standardized clinical services and strong patient outcomes throughout the district.
- Supervises counselors and professionals in training including those requiring supervision for certification licensure or regulatory compliance while offering ongoing guidance and support to the counseling team.
- Supports the clinical team through consultation coaching and professional development to ensure the delivery of evidencebased patientcentered services.
- Assists team members in helping patients identify strengths build recovery skills and work toward social educational vocational and occupational goals while promoting a healthy drugfree lifestyle.
- Oversees clinical supervision processes ensuring staff compliance with program policies procedures documentation standards.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Licensure as an CADC II and QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the state of Oregon.
- 5 years experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program.
- Or 4 years experience and bachelors degree in related field or 3 years experience and masters degree in a related field from an accredited university.
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Current drivers license.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
