Job Summary

Title: Technical Analyst - Clinical Support

Location: Remote

Experience : 10 Years

As a Technical Analyst Clinical Support you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

Support and troubleshoot third-party clinical applications

Manage application configuration upgrades patches and maintenance

Support integrations using HL7/FHIR

Troubleshoot interface and data flow issues

Support user access security roles and permissions

Coordinate with infrastructure interface and vendor teams

Support testing incident management and documentation

Educational Qualifications:

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills : Clinical Application Healthcare
