Industrial Engineer

• Analyze manufacturing throughput and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and production flow
• Improve process yield by reducing unnecessary movement delays and rework throughout production operations
• Conduct time studies and process clocking analysis to optimize cycle times and labor utilization
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on layout optimization and waste reduction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and operational performance
• Evaluate current production layouts and recommend changes to improve efficiency material flow and throughput
• Identify root causes of production inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making
• Support process improvements across glass cutting glass polishing gluing and sealing operations
• Assist in developing standardized work instructions and best manufacturing practices
• Participate in process validation troubleshooting and implementation of operational improvements
• Promote a culture of safety operational excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering Process Engineering or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience performing time studies process flow analysis and manufacturing optimization
• Knowledge of throughput analysis cycle time reduction and yield improvement strategies
• Experience with manufacturing layout design and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks
• Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
• Familiarity with glass manufacturing processes such as cutting polishing gluing or sealing is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety quality and operational excellence
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred
