Join Resthaven as an ICT Customer Support Administrator supporting our teams across Resthaven with first and second level support and incident management for Resthaven internal users. You will also support the ICT team broadly with project activities and call escalations as required. Welcome the opportunity that Resthaven brings contributing to improving the lives of older people! This role is based in our modern head office at Wayville and is a six-month contract opportunity offered on a full -time basis. Some out of hours work may be required to support users this will include phone contact. You will need a current drivers licence and access to transport as this may involve visiting other sites as needed.

Essential requirements

  • At least 1 years experience in an ICT support and service position.
  • Customer experience mindset with a value creation mindset.
  • Well-developed communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and foster good working and client relationships; and the ability to work as part of team with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in user account management within a Microsoft 365 environment and in a range of business systems.
  • Well-developed organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise work in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation and provide support to all skill levels
  • Provision of a high-quality level of customer service while managing conflicting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
