Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Law.
- Minimum 10 years experience in contract management on large EPC energy or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience supporting contract compliance reporting and commercial oversight in complex project environments.
Special Job Requirements
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess contractual risk and obligations.
- Experience auditing project communications and contractual deliverables.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to operate independently and make sound judgments in a multidisciplinary project setting.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide contract compliance advice through review and interpretation of contract documents.
- Review and clear draft correspondence statements procedures and meeting records prior to issue.
- Support and participate in reviews of project management procedures and monthly performance reporting.
- Lead or coordinate reviews of contractor and supplier reports consolidating inputs and driving followup actions.
- Support claims and issues management including inputs to logs and coordination with legal and project controls.
- Coordinate with project controls and discipline leads on contractual inputs to project dashboards and reports.
- Ensure contractrelated activities comply with Worley and project requirements.
- Act on behalf of the Contracts Manager during periods of absence.
