Job Summary

Senior Full Stack Engineer

React Native (Mobile) Python AWS

Experience: 57 years

Location: On-site (Coimbatore)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation (CTC): Up to 18 LPA (all-inclusive based on experience and fit)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer who builds end-to-end across mobile backend and cloud. You will own features that span the React Native app Python backend services and AWS infrastructure writing production-quality code debugging across layers and partnering with Product and QA to ship reliably.

This role is for an engineer who enjoys depth across the stack takes strong ownership of what they build and is comfortable making pragmatic technical calls without waiting to be told.

We expect candidates to be hands-on with modern AI coding tools and workflows (Claude Code Cursor GitHub Copilot ChatGPT/Claude and similar) and to use them as a force multiplier shipping faster without compromising on code quality security or judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development

Design build and maintain features end-to-end across the React Native mobile app and Python backend
Build and consume secure well-versioned REST/GraphQL APIs between mobile and backend
Deploy monitor and troubleshoot services running on AWS (compute storage networking identity)
Debug and resolve issues across mobile (iOS/Android) backend and production environments
Write clean tested maintainable code and follow agreed engineering standards

Mobile (React Native)

Build performant React Native screens and flows with attention to UX state management and offline behavior
Integrate native modules push notifications deep links in-app payments and third-party SDKs as needed
Manage builds releases and crash/perf monitoring across iOS and Android

Backend (Python)

Build backend services and APIs in Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) with appropriate authentication validation and error handling
Design and evolve relational and/or NoSQL data models
Handle async jobs scheduled tasks and integrations with internal and third-party systems

Cloud (AWS)

Work with core AWS services (EC2/ECS/Lambda S3 RDS/DynamoDB API Gateway IAM CloudWatch SQS/SNS) for day-to-day delivery
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines environment configuration and basic infrastructure-as-code where applicable
Apply sensible security cost and reliability practices in what you ship

AI-Augmented Engineering

Use modern AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code Cursor GitHub Copilot Windsurf ChatGPT/Claude) as a daily part of the development workflow for scaffolding refactoring debugging and writing tests
Apply AI assistance responsibly: review generated code validate against requirements and ensure security performance and correctness before merging
Write clear structured prompts and break complex problems into AI-friendly steps to ship faster without lowering the quality bar
Leverage AI for code review documentation log/stack-trace analysis and exploring unfamiliar libraries or AWS services
Stay current with emerging AI dev tools MCP integrations and agentic workflows and bring useful practices back to the team

Collaboration

Work closely with Product Design QA and the Team Lead to clarify requirements scope and timelines
Communicate progress risks and blockers clearly and early
Participate in code reviews give constructive feedback and mentor junior engineers when needed
Apply feedback constructively and continuously raise the quality bar

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

57 years of hands-on software development experience as a full stack engineer
Strong production experience with React Native (iOS and Android) including state management (Redux/Zustand/Context) navigation and release workflows
Strong backend development experience in Python with at least one major framework (Django FastAPI or Flask)
Solid working experience with AWS in real production environments (not just tutorials/POCs)
Good fundamentals in REST API design authentication (JWT/OAuth) and basic system design
Experience with at least one relational database (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and comfort writing efficient queries
Strong debugging skills across mobile backend and cloud layers
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (PRs code reviews branching)
Experience working in Agile development environments
Hands-on working knowledge of AI coding tools (such as Claude Code Cursor GitHub Copilot Windsurf ChatGPT/Claude) and prompt engineering comfortable using them daily while still owning code quality
Clear communication ownership mindset and a bias for shipping

Nice to Have

Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play
Exposure to TypeScript on the mobile/web side
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CDK / CloudFormation) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / CodePipeline)
Exposure to observability tooling (CloudWatch Sentry Datadog or similar)
Experience building AI/LLM-powered features (OpenAI / Anthropic / Bedrock APIs RAG vector databases MCP integrations or agentic workflows)
Familiarity with AI dev workflows such as agent-based coding automated PR review and tool/MCP integrations in IDEs
Prior experience in fast-paced product or startup environments
Exposure to payments fintech e-commerce or regulated domains
