VDI Tester

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience testing desktop applications in different Windows environments.
• Understanding of other operating systems like LINUX MacOS.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Citrix.
• Experience testing applications in virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI) and remote access scenarios.
• Proficiency in functional regression and UI testing techniques.
• Understanding of database systems (e.g. SQL Server Sybase).
• Experience using test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA and ALM.
• Ability to write and maintain clear comprehensive test documentation including test plans cases and reports
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and isolate issues in virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices in agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
