Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a skilled UI/API Automation Tester with strong experience in functional testing automation testing and API validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium or automation tools like TOSCA/UFT along with good knowledge of API testing ETL validation and database testing. The role requires working closely with developers business analysts and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and execute automated UI test scripts using tools such as Selenium with Java TOSCA or UFT.
Perform functional and manual testing to validate application features and business requirements.
Conduct API testing using Postman and validate RESTful APIs.
Perform ETL testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
Write and execute SQL queries (MySQL) for backend data validation.
Identify log and track defects using Jira and maintain test documentation in Confluence.
Develop and maintain QE automation frameworks and improve existing test automation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product owners and business analysts.
Participate in test planning test case creation execution and reporting.
Ensure test coverage for UI APIs and data validation across releases

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Strong knowledge of Functional Testing and Manual Testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with UI Automation using Selenium or TOSCA/UFT.
Experience in API testing using Postman and validating RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of ETL testing and data validation.
Proficiency in SQL/MySQL for database testing.
Experience working with Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
Understanding of test automation frameworks and QE automation practices.
Good understanding with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Exposure to data pipeline validation or data-driven testing.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
36 years of experience in software testing with a focus on UI automation and API testing.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in Agile and collaborative environments.
