Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and executing the full life cycle recruitment process specifically for highly technical positions
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance ensuring an efficient and effective experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand business needs role requirements and team dynamics to ensure successful hires
  • Work with hiring managers to assess key job requirements create compelling and accurate job descriptions and advise on recruitment strategy
  • Screen identify and interview candidates assessing culture and skill fit using a variety of interviewing techniques
  • Proactively and continually source developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent
  • Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the hiring process and supporting candidates as they move through each stage
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data technologies maintain a strong network of data professionals and leverage industry insights to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to extend competitive offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ORC) to manage the recruiting process maintaining accurate documentation to ensure company processes and compliance standards are met
  • Provide ongoing communication to applicants and hiring managers to ensure timely coordination of a candidates movement through the hiring process; Partner with senior management on candidate selection offer development and negotiations

Required Skills:

  • 8 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Deep understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for data-related roles including familiarity with tools programming languages and platforms commonly used in the data industry
  • Exceptional ability to source and evaluate technical talent with an emphasis on data-driven skills and experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and candidates concurrently
  • A passion for data technologies and a commitment to understanding the ever-evolving landscape of the data industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Full cycle including sourcing hiring manager interaction prescreening and offer negotiations scheduling and robust ATS use
  • Creativity in recruiting and sourcing top talent
  • Positive proactive and collaborative demeanor
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Reputation for accountability and for delivering high quality results within tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new technology
