HR GENERALIST (LAS VEGAS OFFICE)

Must be located in Southern NV with a reasonable commute to Las Vegas NV due to in office requirements.

SCHEDULE: Full Time Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm PST
COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $63000 to $70000 per year. Final offers based on experience skills and qualifications.

Someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a people focused role. PCI is seeking an HR Generalist who is approachable organized and confident supporting both employees and leaders.

This HR Generalist role is a great opportunity to influence culture support day-to-day operations and partner closely with leadership in an evolving company.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Serve as the primary People Operations contact for Las Vegas employees and leaders.
• Act as the primary benefits contact assisting with enrollments life events and open enrollment processes.
• Lead engagement efforts and office activities.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including Day 1 orientation and system administration.
• Support employee relations matters by gathering facts assessing situations and partnering with leadership and People Operations to resolve concerns.
• Serve as liaison for leaves of absence and accommodations ensuring compliance and communication.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 5 or more years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA ADA FLSA Title VII EEOC etc.).
• Experience in benefits administration employee engagement initiatives and employee relations.
• Experience with HR systems UKG preferred.
• Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and active insurance for occasional work-related travel.

• Post secondary education in a business-related field.

• Office Address: 9911 Covington Cross Dr. Suite 190 Las Vegas NV 89144
• Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm PST
• Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
