Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Bottling Associate youll help keep operations running efficiently by supporting all aspects of the bottling line including material handling quality inspection packaging and equipment support. This role offers hands-on manufacturing experience opportunities to build new skills and a consistent 4-day workweek schedule with overtime opportunities as needed.

Schedule:
Monday Thursday

  • Day shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Night shift: 5:00 PM 3:00 AM
  • Overtime may be required on Fridays and weekends.

What Youll Do

  • Support bottling line operations including case feeding bottle feeding inspection packing and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety food safety quality and environmental standards while identifying and reporting safety concerns or operational issues.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality expectations and production schedules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to improve efficiency reduce costs and support team performance.
  • Build positive working relationships across teams while maintaining professional and respectful communication.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred

  • 1 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse landscaping or other industrial environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The hourly rate for this role is $21.75. There is a $2 an hour shift differential for night shift.
