Compensation and Bonus Structure
- Total Compensation Package from $84000 to $119000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
- Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary performance bonuses mentorship bonuses and long-term ownership in the company.
- BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
Bonus Structure
- Monthly Performance Bonuses:Bonuses are uncapped meaning youll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
- Sign On Bonus:Up to $10000 based on start date and location.
- Mentorship Bonuses:Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Masters in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance oversight and impact!
- Certification Bonuses:Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance
- Remote Work Benefit:Up to 3 work from home days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year

Your Role
- Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
- Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent high-quality care
- Collaborate with Families to set goals track progress and celebrate growth
- Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive play-focused environment
