Schedule:Full-time/Nights; 5:00 PM 5:00 AM. Four days per week Monday through Friday with rotating day off.
Payrate:$22.37/hr. $2.00/hr. night shift bonuses available.

The Machine Operator plays an essential role by handling the production of high-quality lumber products. This position involves operating and monitoring machinery inspecting materials for quality assisting with basic maintenance and maintaining a safe and efficient workflow. Ideal candidate will have good communication skills strong attention to detail a commitment to safety and the ability to work well in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery such as saws conveyors and planers.
- Load/unload raw materials and finished products from equipment or work areas.
- Inspect finished lumber to ensure that products conform to quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures as directed by site supervisor.
- Notify management of any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Perform other relevant duties as requested by site supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience operating sawmill machinery or similar production equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Background check required.
