Are you a mental health professional with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of caregivers for older adults experiencing neurocognitive declineIf so we have the perfect opportunity for you to lead our caregiver andclinical services program based in Springfield Vermont.
Experience working with older adults and younger disabled adults in a community setting.
Education and experience in working with individuals living with Alzheimers Disease related dementias and/or neurocognitive disorders.
Strong administrative skills including timely and accurate reporting of data and information.
Experience with Medicaid and Medicare billing procedures.
Strong proficiency in use of information technology computerized databases and computer software including Windows 11.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Travel to visit with clients and to represent the agency at community partner meetings.
Must have a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must possess the physical capabilities to perform the following: reaching handling talking hearing seeing standing walking stooping and bending.
Work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks.
Recordkeeping work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
