Job Summary
Position is contingent on award.
Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Support the development delivery and evaluation of MQT programs for NAVSPECWARCOM N887.
- Instruct classroom simulation-based and hands-on UxS training.
- Design validate and maintain curricula lesson plans and assessment tools.
- Coordinate training logistics and support training execution.
- Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements that enhance mission readiness and effectiveness.
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience operating maintaining and instructing on UxS platforms with experience across all three disciplines.
- Current BLS-AED and CPR certification required.
- Must understand CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and DoD instructional systems design models.
- Experience with UxS training simulation software is highly desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven analytical/problem-solving ability.
- NSW experience highly desired.
- If prior military must have an honorable discharge and no loss of applied specialization.
