Job Description:

The Assistant General Manageris responsible forsupporting all day-to-day operations of the dispensary. This includes but is not limitedtosales money counts and cash handling inventory control storage of Cannabis overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary and signage in the dispensary. The AGMis responsible forworking with the General Manager to provide an outstanding customer experience while working closely with dispensary personnel to meet revenue goals lead coach train and developthe retailand ensurecompliance with inventory operations and systemprotocols.

Core Responsibilities:

Duties of this job include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the Inventory Control Manager to ensure all stored Cannabis is accounted for and the dispensary has adequate amounts for daily operations.

• The Assistant General Manageris responsible forcompliancetoAZDHS regulations and statutes.

• Primary support for the General Manager.

• Assistin human resources responsibilities schedulingdirectionand oversight of all dispensary operations (particularly the implementation of policies and procedures) inventory reconciliation and money handling processes.

• Lead and support all staff in performance management including rewards and recognition programs.

• Passion for business the Cannabis industry and the well-being of the dispensaries customers and staff.

• The Assistant General Manager will work with the Retail Managers and General Manager to ensure that customersneedsand expectations are met throughoptimalproduct selection and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum of 21 years of age

• Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions)

• Associatesorbachelorsdegreepreferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Outstanding leadership organizational interpersonaltimemanagementand communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent time management abilities

• Knowledge of theCannabisIndustry

• Leadership experience with the ability to make informed critical decisionscomplete tasks on-time and problem solve

• Results oriented and self-starter

• Strong interest and desire to work with people and Cannabis

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Technologically advanced individual with working knowledge of cannabisPOS (point of sale)systems

• Computer proficient; ability to easily learn new software
