Job Summary
Job Title: Social Work Intern
Position Type: Internship- This is a Hybrid role requiring some time in person in our Brooklyn Office.
About Us: Yeled v Yaldas supports children and families with emotional and behavioral challenges through our CFTSS Program.
Position Summary: As a Social Work Intern you will assist in providing support to children and families gaining hands-on experience in social work while contributing to our impactful services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with assessments treatment planning and case management.
- Support individual and group counseling under supervision.
- Participate in family sessions and team meetings.
- Help connect families to additional community resources.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a graduate Social Work program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in working with children and families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
