Creative Director (Full-Time)
Remote (US work hours)
As the Creative Director at BestReviews you will create new experiences and designs that delight our readers and grow our business. You will work closely with our small product team and report to the VP of Product.

- Create new product experiences and designs in Figma that will delight our readers and grow our business
- Maintain and improve our existing designs in Figma
- Work with the Product team on new experiences and features
- Occasionally work with the Engineering team on design implementation and QA
- Work with our video team to provide creative direction and incorporating our brand
- Work with the Content team to support their marketing channels (social media email banners) and product feature development
- Oversee marketing and editorial creative to ensure brand consistency
- Assist with deliverables for business development efforts helping ideate and create assets for partners incorporating brand guidelines
- Maintain and evolve our company brand
Qualifications / requirements:
- 5 years of experience with website design
- 3 years of experience creating high-fidelity website designs using Figma
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
- Deep understanding design best practices for websites and ecommerce
- Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop to work with custom photography and graphics for creating visual assets
- Preferred: Experience in maintaining and evolving a company brand
- Preferred: Experience in creative direction for video content
- High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational/project management skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Able to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Able to work remotely communicating primarily via Slack Zoom and Teams
Salary is $100-$135K annual. Other benefits include vacation Medical Dental Vision 401K match and Paid Parental Leave.
