Shop Service Tech

With several locations across MS AL LA FL and TX LMC performs service and repairs both on-site and in the field in addition to the sales leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment.

As we continue to grow we are looking for HIGH-energy self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.

Due to our tremendous growth we are looking to add Technicians to our team.

Duties:

Diagnosis and repair electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues with machinery

Read and understand machine schematics

Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion

Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol

Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components

Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction

Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance

Other work-related duties as assigned by manager

• Must possess your own tools
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet time restraints
• Attend company and product training for career advancements

Physical:

• Ability to see in full range color
• Ability to knee bend twist lift and squat to service equipment on the ground
• Must have excellent hand dexterity to include firm grasping
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 50lbs
• Must be able to work in any weather environment
• Occasional exposure to loud noises
